Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping. We offer free standard shipping on all RigWings orders to supported destinations. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Processing time vs. transit time. Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order before it is handed to the carrier. Transit time is the time the carrier needs to deliver your package after dispatch.

Estimated delivery. Estimated total delivery time is 5–15 business days from the date of your order. During periods of exceptionally high order volume, processing and delivery may occasionally take longer than expected. We appreciate your patience.

Priority order processing. You can add optional priority order processing when purchasing a RigWings kit. Your order is moved ahead in our processing queue. Priority processing does not change carrier transit time.

Tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page (/pages/track-order).

Customs and import duties. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
