Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your RigWings kit. If something isn't right, contact us and we will help.

Returns. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged or defective items. Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-refundable items. Optional priority order processing is a service and is non-refundable once your order has been processed.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
